Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the day the piece was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the item is purchased in our storefront it is not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. If your item is exempt from being returned we will give you a call before starting the custom order

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any Custom Pendant, Ring, Earring, or item created for you.
  • To complete your return please contact us beforehand.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Weight/karat not right?
Is the weight of your piece off from what you were charged, or is the karat incorrect? We are sorry! We are human and can make mistakes. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is a mistake on the weight or karat of the piece. We may require the piece to be shipped back to us to verify (we will cover shipping if a mistake was made). After 14 days we cannot issue refunds/returns.

Online Purchase
Within 7 days of delivery of your item you will be eligible to return/exchange your purchase for the purchase price minus a $50 restocking fee. Once 7 days has passed, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.
Any cuban link that is customized in any way will require a 5% return fee. That 5% will be applied to the purchase price before tax.
Both the $50 fee as well as the 5% fee will be removed from the refund amount.
For example,** A non-customized cuban link that costed $2000.00 will be refunded in the amount of $1950.00. If the same Cuban link was customized, you would be refunded $1900.00.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do NOT pay for return shipping. Please use a shipping method that gives you a tracking number and send that number to us. We advise that you insure the package for the full value that you paid. If the item is lost in transit, we Liry's Jewelry, are not responsible for any refund/exchange.

Non-Returnable items
Include but not limited to any custom work and Cuban links weighing 400 grams or more. If you are unsure if your item will be eligible for return, please call us at (813) 888-8590 or email info@lirysjewelry.com and ask.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once a refund has been initiated by us, it can take up to 7 business days for that refund to reflect on your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Within the 7 day return window, if you would prefer to exchange your item for a different item, there are not restocking fees. You will only be required to ship the piece back.
After 7 days we only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lirysjewelry.com and send your item to: 6716 Hanley Rd Tampa Florida US 33634.


Hand Made Cuban links
10kt and 14kt cuban links take around 2-3 weeks to be made (during off peak times).
18kt cuban links take around 3-4 weeks to be made (during off peak times).
Once the piece is complete, we will contact you with the final weight
All weights and therefor prices are estimates. Cuban links can come in up to 10 grams heavier or lighter. If the piece is heavier, you will be charged the difference at the price per gram that you previously paid. If lighter, we will refund you the difference.
Understand the time frames above are ESTIMATES. Pieces can take longer.

Upgrade Program
All Cuban links above 4mm purchased with us are eligible for our upgrade policy. Within 1 year of your purchase, if you decide to upgrade your cuban link by at least 50 grams or 1 full millimeter (whichever is greater), You will only pay the difference in price (by weight of gram, whichever is greater.
All other style Necklaces and bracelets can be upgraded by 25 grams or more within 6 months of purchase to receive the full value previously paid.
**Please be aware Rose Gold, White Gold, and Tri-color Cuban Links ARE NOT eligible for upgrades.

Custom orders
Can take anywhere from 1-3 months to be completed
To begin production 75% of the value of the piece must be paid
Custom orders have an approximate gram weight given, if a custom order weighs 1 gram or more over, the customer is responsible for the difference payment
Custom orders are CUSTOM, weights cannot and are not guaranteed.
Customer orders are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON RETURNABLE.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
