Is your gold jewelry real solid gold?

Yes. Every piece we sell is genuine solid gold — 10kt, 14kt, or 18kt. We do not sell gold-filled, gold-plated, or vermeil jewelry. We also carry genuine 925 sterling silver. Every product listing shows the karat and estimated weight upfront so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.

Are the weights and prices estimates?

Yes. Because our jewelry is handmade, the weights shown on product pages are estimates. Finished pieces can be slightly heavier or lighter than the listed weight. If your item is heavier than estimated, you will be charged the difference based on the price per gram you paid. If it is lighter, we will refund the difference. Prices adjust accordingly.

Are your Miami Cuban link chains handmade?

Yes. Our Miami Cuban link chains are handmade in-house in Tampa, Florida. We have been making them for over 35 years. Handmade chains start at 7mm with no upper limit — we make them as wide as you want. Our website goes up to 20mm, but we have made chains as wide as 36mm for custom orders. Sizes below 7mm are machine-made but still genuine solid gold.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free insured shipping on all jewelry orders over $100. All shipments are insured and tracked. We ship nationwide across the United States.

Where are you located and can I visit in person?

Our store is located at 6716 Hanley Road, Tampa, FL 33634. We are open Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. You can also reach us by phone or text at (813) 888-8590.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer multiple financing and leasing options at checkout including Affirm and Klarna. Visit our financing page for full details.

Can I sell my gold to you?

Yes. We buy gold jewelry from the public. You can bring your items to our Tampa store or contact us to discuss your piece. We pay fair market rates based on current gold prices.
