⚠️  IMPORTANT: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy. This policy is presented at checkout and must be accepted before your order is processed.

 

Our Commitment to You

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are unsure about a purchase — whether it's the style, size, or weight — please reach out to us before your order ships. We are happy to answer any questions and, in many cases, can waive the restocking fee entirely for customers who contact us prior to shipment.

A few things we want you to know upfront:

    If you cancel your order before it ships, there is no fee of any kind — full refund, no questions asked.

    Restocking fees apply only to returns after delivery, not to exchanges or pre-shipment cancellations.

    There is no restocking fee for exchanges — only for returns. See Section 9 for exchange details.

1. Online Purchases — Return Window

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. After 7 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

 

2. Restocking Fees

Restocking fees apply to returns only — not exchanges or pre-shipment cancellations. The following flat fees are deducted from your refund:

    Orders $1,000 and above: $50 restocking fee

    Orders under $1,000: $25 restocking fee

    Customized Cuban links: An additional 10% fee on top of the flat restocking fee above, calculated on the pre-tax purchase price

Example: A $1,200 non-customized return would result in a $1,150 refund. The same piece, if customized, would result in a $1,030 refund ($50 flat fee + $120 customization fee).

Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion for customers who contact us with concerns prior to their order shipping. Please don't hesitate to reach out — we'd rather work with you than lose you as a customer.

These fees are disclosed here and acknowledged at checkout in accordance with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express guidelines.

 

3. Return Shipping

Liry's Jewelry covers the cost of return shipping on all approved returns. Once your RMA is issued, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and using the provided label.

All return shipments must:

    Include your RMA number on the outside of the package

    Use the prepaid label provided by Liry's Jewelry

    Be insured for the full purchase value (we will arrange this with the prepaid label)

Liry's Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging by the customer during the return shipment.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

    All in-store purchases

    Custom-made or custom-modified pieces

    Cuban links weighing 400 grams or more

    Any 18kt or 22kt chain, bracelet, ring, or pendant

    Rose gold and white gold Cuban links

5. In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items bought in our physical store.

 

6. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

    Unused and in its original, unaltered condition

    Returned within the 7-day window from confirmed delivery

    Accompanied by a valid RMA number obtained prior to shipment

Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

 

7. Incorrect Weight or Karat

If the weight or karat of your piece differs from what was charged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for verification. If an error is confirmed on our part, we will issue a full refund or replacement with no fees of any kind.

After 14 days from delivery, we cannot process claims related to weight or karat discrepancies.

 

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days of our confirmation.

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at info@lirysjewelry.com.

 

9. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different item are accepted within the 7-day return window. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved exchanges.

Liry's Jewelry — Shipping Policy

 

⚠️  IMPORTANT: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy. This policy is presented at checkout and must be accepted before your order is processed.

 

1. Production & Processing Time

Production and processing time varies depending on the item. Please read this section carefully before placing your order, as delivery timelines are directly affected by how long it takes to produce your piece.

In-stock items (Italian machine-made chains, 2mm–6mm Cuban links, and other ready-to-ship pieces):

    Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

    We cannot ship the same day an order is placed. A minimum of 24 hours is required before any order ships.

 

Made-to-order items (production times below are estimates and may vary):

    Handmade Miami Cuban links (7mm and above): 3-4 weeks production time

    Custom pendants: 4-5 weeks production time

    Rings: 4-5 weeks production time

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

If you have a specific deadline or event you are purchasing for, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your piece can be completed in time.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We use different carriers depending on your order value and the type of item purchased:

    Orders $0–$999 (non-gold items): Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

    All gold orders (any value): Shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express.

    All orders $1,000 and above: Shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express.

 

Shipping costs:

    Free standard shipping on all jewelry orders $100 and above.

    Gold Grain orders: Shipping is always charged regardless of order amount. Free shipping does not apply to Gold Grain purchases under any circumstances.

    All other orders under $100: Exact shipping cost calculated and charged at checkout.

    Overnight shipping: Available upon request at approximately $150. Contact us at info@lirysjewelry.com or (813) 888-8590 before placing your order to arrange overnight shipping.

Overnight shipping requests must be made before the order is placed. We cannot upgrade shipping on an order that has already been submitted.

 

3. FedEx Delivery & Package Holds

All FedEx shipments are sent directly to the address on your order. If you need to make any changes to your FedEx delivery — including holding your package for pickup — you must contact us directly. Do not attempt to redirect a FedEx shipment through the FedEx website or app without speaking to us first, as this can affect insurance coverage on your package.

If you request a hold for pickup, your package must be picked up from a FedEx staffed store location only. We do not authorize pickup from FedEx access points at third-party retail locations such as Walgreens or Dollar General, as we cannot guarantee the security of your package at those locations.

4. Signature Confirmation

A signature is required upon delivery on all orders over $50. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

Liry's Jewelry is not responsible for packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts caused by an unavailable recipient. In such cases, re-shipment fees may apply.

 

5. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following regions:

    Canada

    United Kingdom

    Australia

    European Union

    Asia

    Middle East (currently available to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates only)

 

All international orders are shipped via DHL. At checkout, you will have two delivery options:

    DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct: 5-14 business days estimated transit time.

    DHL Express: 3-4 business days estimated transit time.

Transit times are estimates and do not include production time for made-to-order items. Please factor in production time when selecting your shipping method.

 

6. Duties, Taxes & Customs

All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are collected at checkout. Liry's Jewelry pays these fees on your behalf to the destination country's customs authority, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

While we handle the customs payments, please note that customs processing times are outside our control and may cause delays beyond the estimated transit window. These delays are not grounds for a refund or dispute.

 

7. Package Insurance

All Liry's Jewelry shipments are fully insured through Jewelers Mutual Insurance for the full purchase value of your order. Your package is covered from the moment it leaves our facility until it is delivered and signed for.

In the event your package is lost or damaged in transit, do not contact the carrier directly — please reach out to us at info@lirysjewelry.com or (813) 888-8590 and we will handle the claim on your behalf.

Please be aware that insurance claims do take time to process. However, you are fully covered and we will work to resolve your claim as quickly as possible. Do not discard any damaged packaging or items, as we may need photos or the original packaging to support the claim.

Your package is insured through Jewelers Mutual, not through the carrier. Always contact us first — do not file a claim directly with FedEx, USPS, or DHL.

 

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Liry's Jewelry is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at (813) 888-8590 or info@lirysjewelry.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is provided for all chain, bracelet, ring and pendant orders over $100 within the United States. International orders are subject to shipping charges.

Ready-to-Ship Items:

  • These items typically ship within 3-7 business days after the order is placed (estimated timeframe).
  • All ready-to-ship items will be dispatched no later than 45 days from the order date.

Handmade Cuban Links:

  • 10kt and 14kt Cuban Links: Estimated production time is estimated at 3 weeks during off-peak periods.
  • 18kt Cuban Links: Estimated production time is 4 weeks during off-peak periods.
  • Once completed, Cuban links will ship within 2-5 days. If no additional payment is required, the item will ship within 2 days of completion.

Please note that all timeframes provided are estimates and may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality craftsmanship in every piece.

Handmade Cuban Links Policy and Shipping Times

Production Time:

  • 10kt and 14kt Cuban Links: Typically require around 3 weeks to craft during off-peak periods.
  • 18kt Cuban Links: Usually take 4 weeks to complete during off-peak periods.

Final Weight and Pricing:
Once your piece is finished, we will notify you with the final weight. Please note:

  • All listed weights and prices are estimates.
  • The final weight may vary by up to 10 grams heavier or lighter.
    • If the piece is heavier, you will be charged the difference based on the price per gram you originally paid.
    • If the piece is lighter, we will refund the difference accordingly.

Important Note:
The time frames provided are estimates and may extend due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure the highest quality craftsmanship for your Cuban link.

Miami Cuban Link Upgrade Program

All solid 10kt and 14kt Miami Cuban link chains and bracelets over 4mm purchased from us qualify for our exclusive upgrade program.

 

How It Works

If you choose to upgrade within one year of your original purchase, you pay only the difference in value between your current piece and your new piece — not full retail price.

The amount you pay is whichever is greater:

       The difference in listed price between your current piece and the new piece, OR

       The difference in gold weight between the two pieces, valued at the current gold price per gram.

In most cases this works out to the weight difference, but both options are considered to ensure accuracy.

 

Upgrade Requirements

To qualify for the upgrade program, your new piece must meet minimum upgrade thresholds. Your upgrade must involve:

       An increase of at least 50 grams in weight, OR

       An increase of at least 1 full millimeter in width — whichever requires the larger upgrade.

 

For example: if you have a 7mm chain and wish to upgrade to an 8mm chain, but the weight difference between those two pieces is only 35 grams, you would need to go to a width where the weight difference is at least 50 grams. Conversely, for very large pieces, if the jump to the next millimeter already exceeds 50 grams, that larger amount becomes the minimum.

 

Program Exclusions

       Rose Gold, White Gold, and Tri-Color Cuban Links are not eligible.

       18kt and 22kt gold pieces are not eligible.

       Pieces with custom locks are excluded.

       Chains over 300 grams and bracelets over 250 grams may require higher minimum upgrade thresholds — contact us for details.

       Gold karat must remain the same or go higher. You may upgrade within the same karat (10kt to 10kt or 14kt to 14kt) or move up from 10kt to 14kt. Downgrading karat is not permitted.

       Each upgrade applies to one piece only. A chain upgrades to a larger chain; a bracelet upgrades to a larger bracelet. Two separate pieces cannot be combined into a single upgrade.

 

How to Upgrade

Pay the difference now and ship us your current piece once your new piece is ready. It's that simple.

Diamond Ring Upgrade policy

Eligibility:

  • Applies to Natural Diamonds and lab Diamonds .
  •  gemstones, and custom jewelry are not eligible.

Upgrade Process:

  • You must purchase a new diamond that is at least twice the value of your original diamond.
  • The original diamond must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by the original grading report.

Credit Received:

  • You will receive a credit equal to the original purchase price of the diamond. This credit is applied to your new diamond purchase.

Settings:

  • The original diamond's setting is not eligible for return or exchange. If the setting cannot accommodate the new diamond, you may need to purchase a new setting. Gold credit can be given on old setting if it can not be used 

Grading Report:

  • A replacement fee applies if the original diamond's grading report is missing.

Exclusions:

  • The policy excludes promotional or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders Policy

  • Timeline: Custom orders typically require 1-3 months to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Payment: Full payment is required upfront to begin production.
  • Weight and Pricing: An approximate gram weight is provided for all custom orders.
    • If the final piece weighs 1 gram or more over the estimate, the customer is responsible for paying the difference based on the original price per gram.
    • If the final piece weighs less than the estimate, the price will be adjusted, and the customer will receive a refund for the difference.
  • Weight Variance: As custom orders are uniquely crafted, the exact weight cannot be guaranteed.
  • Final Sale: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
