Rings are typically stocked in 14kt yellow gold, sizes 10 or 7. Most rings are made to order as they are not resizable.

Return/Exchange Policy

Online Purchases: For items purchased online, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange the item. However, please note that there will be a $50 restocking fee deducted from your refund. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In-Store Purchases: If you bought an item from our store, unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for those purchases. All in store purchases are final sale.

Customized Cuban Links: If you customized a Cuban link in any way, there will be an additional 5% return fee. This fee will be calculated based on the purchase price before tax. Both the $50 fee and the 5% fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. For example, if you bought a non-customized Cuban link for $2000.00, your refund would be $1950.00. If the same Cuban link was customized, your refund would be $1900.00.

Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and share that number with us. We recommend insuring the package for the full value of your purchase. If the item gets lost during transit, we, Liry's Jewelry, are not responsible for any refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to custom work, Cuban links weighing 400 grams or more, any 18kt or 22kt chain, bracelet, ring, or pendant, as well as rose gold and white gold Cuban links. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to add additional items to the non-returnable list at any time. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and the approval of your refund. Is it solid?

Yes! We want to make things perfectly clear. We take immense pride in offering you top-notch pieces crafted with solid gold (or silver). In fact, a whopping 99% of the products showcased on our site including this piece are solid pieces.

We believe in transparency, so pay attention! We have only two products that come in hollow gold, and guess what? We clearly state "hollow" in both the title and description for those items. So, if you don't spot the word "hollow" in the title, you can rest assured that it's a solid piece. Yep, you heard it right, EVERYTHING else you come across on our site is crafted with solid gold (or silver). We don't play games or use tricks—just solid quality you can count on.

Is there a color difference between 10kt and 14kt?

Short answer? No. 10kt and 14kt naturally have the same color. However, most
big-name stores will do a plating on their gold particularly their 14kt to give
it a different appearance because the average consumer belies 14kt should look
different from 10kt.

They will also do it because different batches of gold will also have a
different color, even if it is the same karat. Doing a gold plating all at once
will give every piece a universal appearance.

With that said, keep in mind two pieces of 14kt gold will likely have a
different appearance, ESPECIALLY if you are purchasing it from different stores.

What if I do not like the piece?

Is it real gold?

You betcha! We don't play games like our competitors. When you choose a specific gold karat, that's exactly what you're going to get. No shenanigans with stainless steel or silver pretending to be gold with a thin plating. Our 18kt is the real deal, so is our 22kt, 14kt, and 18kt! End of story.

And if you're looking for sterling silver, we've got you covered. Our sterling silver pieces are 925 sterling silver—no substitutes. We don't dabble in stainless steel, copper, gold fill, or vermeil. Fancy wording like "triple 18kt plated" or "finished with gold" isn't our style. Our pieces are made with genuine gold through and through.

Why are your prices so cheap?

We take pride in crafting our handmade Miami Cuban link chains and bracelets right here in our store. As for the rest of our chains and bracelets, we import them directly from Italy or Turkey, cutting out any middlemen and unnecessary markups. That's how we ensure you get top-quality pieces without breaking the bank. No tricks, just honest savings.

What lock does it have?

When it comes to everything other than our handmade Miami Cuban links (including 5mm and 6mm Cuban links), we've got you covered with a classic lobster clasp. We've designed each clasp to perfectly fit the width of the piece, so you can rock it with style and ease. Here's the scoop: the clasp size typically falls within 1 or 2mm of the chain or bracelet size. For example, if you're rocking a 6mm chain or bracelet, rest assured that the lobster clasp will be right in the 6mm range. It may not always be an exact match, but it will always be proportionate, ensuring a seamless and cohesive look.
