Beautiful piece of jewelry, hoping it will be in the family forever. Ordered 8mm but changed my mind and got the 9mm. A quick email to make the change was easy. 9mm is big enough but not too big. It has a presence and gets attention, but it's not ridiculous. Very pleased with the quality and service. I won't buy gold jewelry anywhere else.

After wearing the Miami Cuban Link Bracelet twice the clasp became unstable and out of alignment with the side secure hook not staying down. They informed me that I could "bend" it back with needle nose pliers. Very disappointed as it was not even a week old! I do not feel comfortable using needle nose pliers on a brand new gold bracelet(nor should I have to.)
hey Thomas, we were only providing the option for you to tighten the clasp from home to save on shipping time back and forth. We can easily tighten the clasp for you, and offered to do so. We would also provide the shipping label. We just wanted to provide different options for you. Often times customers want to just do it from home as the box clasp will loosen over time the more you take it on and off. Additionally some customers want their clasp to be incredibly tight, which again can be done from home.
