Made to Order
Each ring is crafted just for you to ensure the perfect fit. Since most of our rings cannot be resized, we create your piece to your exact specifications. All rings are made from completely solid gold (or sterling silver if selected). Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production.

What if I do not know my ring size
We recommend visiting a local jewelry store to have your finger professionally sized. Be sure to show them the style of ring you plan to purchase — ring sizers come in different widths (skinny, thick, wide), and the right one should be similar to the design you’re ordering. Always size the exact finger on the exact hand you’ll wear it on, as each finger — and even left vs. right — can differ.
If you order the wrong size, don’t worry. Once you receive the ring, contact us and send it back. We’ll remake it in the correct size.
Is it solid?
Yes! Every single ring we offer is made from solid gold or solid sterling silver — never filled, or fake. At Liry’s Jewelry, transparency is everything. Out of all the products on our site, only 4 styles are made in hollow gold, and all are clearly labeled with the word “hollow” right in the title and description.
So, here’s the simple rule:
👉 If you don’t see “hollow” in the title, you can trust it’s a solid piece.

• If you cancel your order before it ships, there is no fee of any kind — full refund, no questions asked.

1. Online Purchases — Return Window
Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. After 7 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
2. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply to returns only — not exchanges or pre-shipment cancellations. The following flat fees are deducted from your refund:
• Orders $1,000 and above: $50 restocking fee
• Orders under $1,000: $25 restocking fee
• Customized Cuban links: An additional 10% fee on top of the flat restocking fee above, calculated on the pre-tax purchase price
Example: A $1,200 non-customized return would result in a $1,150 refund. The same piece, if customized, would result in a $1,030 refund ($50 flat fee + $120 customization fee).
Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion for customers who contact us with concerns prior to their order shipping. Please don't hesitate to reach out — we'd rather work with you than lose you as a customer.
These fees are disclosed here and acknowledged at checkout in accordance with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express guidelines.
3. Return Shipping
Liry's Jewelry covers the cost of return shipping on all approved returns. Once your RMA is issued, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and using the provided label.
All return shipments must:
• Include your RMA number on the outside of the package
• Use the prepaid label provided by Liry's Jewelry
• Be insured for the full purchase value (we will arrange this with the prepaid label)
Liry's Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging by the customer during the return shipment.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
• All in-store purchases
• Custom-made or custom-modified pieces
• Cuban links weighing 400 grams or more
• Any 18kt or 22kt chain, bracelet, ring, or pendant
• Rose gold and white gold Cuban links

5. In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items bought in our physical store.
6. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original, unaltered condition
• Returned within the 7-day window from confirmed delivery
• Accompanied by a valid RMA number obtained prior to shipment
Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
7. Incorrect Weight or Karat
If the weight or karat of your piece differs from what was charged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for verification. If an error is confirmed on our part, we will issue a full refund or replacement with no fees of any kind.
After 14 days from delivery, we cannot process claims related to weight or karat discrepancies.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days of our confirmation.

9. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different item are accepted within the 7-day return window. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved exchanges.

Is there a color difference between 10kt and 14kt?
Short answer? No. 10kt and 14kt naturally have the same color. However, most
big-name stores will do a plating on their gold particularly their 14kt to give
it a different appearance because the average consumer belies 14kt should look
different from 10kt.
They will also do it because different batches of gold will also have a
different color, even if it is the same karat. Doing a gold plating all at once
will give every piece a universal appearance.
With that said, keep in mind two pieces of 14kt gold will likely have a
different appearance, ESPECIALLY if you are purchasing it from different stores.

Is it real gold?
Yes. All our products are solid gold or solid 925 sterling silver. No plating, no fillers, no tricks. If it says 10kt, 14kt, 18kt, or 22kt, that’s exactly what you’re getting — genuine gold through and through. The same goes for silver: 100% 925 sterling, never stainless steel, copper, or vermeil. We don’t use fancy wording or gimmicks — just authentic materials, every time.
How are your prices so much less than others?
At our store, we're all about keeping prices low and giving you the best value possible. Being located in Tampa, Florida gives us an advantage when it comes to overhead costs compared to stores in Cali, NY, or even Miami. We take pride in crafting our handmade Miami Cuban link chains and bracelets right here in our store. As for the rest of our chains and bracelets, we import them directly from Italy or Turkey, cutting out any middlemen and unnecessary markups. That's how we ensure you get top-quality pieces without breaking the bank. No tricks, just honest savings.
